Regular Weekly Dog Walks:

I really cannot recommend the Surrey Ark highly enough. They’ve been walking my dog every weekday for the past year, and they’ve been absolutely brilliant. My miniature schnauzer Milo loves his walker, and I know I don’t need to worry about him when he’s with her. She treats him like her own. 100% reliable, professional and from my very first meeting with them I knew that they understood dogs. Ad Hoc Dog Walks:

Surrey Ark have been helpful at all times. We are sorry to lose them with our house move out of the area.

Dog Sitting:

"We have used The Surrey Ark a couple of times, to take care of our two dogs.  We have been really happy with the service – the dogs were relaxed and, although very pleased to see us return, had obviously had a good time with Leah and Sue.  We would thoroughly recommend them to others.  It was also a bonus to know that our house wasn’t left empty whilst we were away.  Thank you very much for enabling us to relax and enjoy our holidays, knowing that the dogs were being well looked after." Care and Behaviour

We are so grateful to have found Sue and the team at Surrey Ark. After rehoming our nervous rescue girl, Sally, we've needed extra support in settling her in and getting her used to spending time alone. Sue has really gone above and beyond for us, she genuinely cares about Sally and making sure we all go at a pace she is comfortable with. We are so grateful for the support of Sue and Tugba and feel that Sally is in such safe hands when she's spending time with them. We have also learned an enormous amount about nervous dogs thanks to Sue's expertise. Sally has come such a long way, showing more and more of her personality and even making friends with Sue's lovely dogs too. We can't thank you enough for everything you have done for us!

Multi pet care:

Leah is amazing. She obviously loves animals and looks after our many pets - two cats, one rabbit, three fish and a gecko! - when we are away. The photos and videos she sends reassure my daughter that all is well at home and make us all happy. Thanks Leah - 👍 Judi 5/2/19

Cat Care: 

'Surrey Ark are brilliant I have been using them on and off for 2 years from when I got Pixie as a kitten and I was working up in central London I wanted to have someone come in and play with her so she wasn't left too long on her own to now when I go on holiday and both my cats Pixie and Moon need feeding. It is so nice that they send me photos of the cats so I can see that they are happy and well looked after/fed while I am away. The girls are lovely and really nice I trust them with my cats. Puppy Care:

“I just wanted to say how fab SURREY Ark have been this year. When we first needed help in April when Barney was just 8 weeks old they all offered such help that it made us easier welcoming a new puppy to our home. It is always a pleasure to meet the wonderful ladies and Barney although 10 months old now still greets them like old friends !

Review - Regular Cat Care Leah and the team at the Surrey Ark have been looking after our cats since 2013, and we are more than happy to recommend their services.  They are extremely professional, reliable and trustworthy, and they obviously love looking after the animals.  We always come home to very happy cats who have been well cared for when we are away and we have found that using the Surrey Ark is a much better option than going to a cattery.  We also love seeing the pictures that they take of the cats when we are away so that we know they are well & having lots of cuddles & attention!  Please don’t hesitate to contact me should you require any further information. Val Donovan 23rd January 2018

Dog Walking:

Surrey Ark has been fantastic. When we first moved to Surrey, they graciously accepted Picasso our 6 year old cockapoo for regular walks. The girls have done a ...great job with him- very punctual, thorough and gentle. I had requested regular updates and rest assured they kept me informed on a consistent basis. Fantastic service from The Surrey Ark! They did an excellent job of looking after our cats whilst we were away for our wedding.
